Philippines eSIM refunds: when you get your money back
- Full refund if it does not work
- Ask the store's support
- Back to your card

The short answer
An eSIM that does not work, once the store has tried and cannot fix it, brings a full refund, as does one that is never delivered. There is no refund for a working eSIM that is no longer wanted, installed or not, nor for one the phone cannot install. Reach the store's support at contact@vietsim.com with your order page link.

What is refunded
Full refunds go to: an eSIM that fails in a destination its plan covers and cannot be fixed; an order paid for but not delivered inside 2 business days; an order the store cancels before delivery. A double charge on one order means the second charge comes back.
What is not
A working eSIM, whether installed or not; a change of plans or a cancelled trip; a phone that is locked to a carrier or cannot take an eSIM; data already used; and an eSIM deleted from the phone after it was installed.
How to ask
The store’s support takes it at contact@vietsim.com: send your order page link, or the email address used for payment with its date, and the reason. When the line will not connect, attach your phone model and screenshots so the store gets a chance to fix it first. The store answers within 14 days.
Where the money goes
The card or method you paid with gets it back, within 5 business days of the refund. Your bank can take a further 5 to 10 business days before it appears. The store’s own refund policy covers every purchase.
