Why are the prices in US dollars?
The store settles every order in US dollars, whatever language you read. The total with tax is on screen before you pay, and the conversion is your bank's, as with any other card payment.
What does a plan show before I pay?
The network it runs on, Globe; its data and days, counted per day or in total; and its price in US dollars with tax. Every plan is data only, so none carries a Philippine number.
How do I get the eSIM after paying?
Payment puts the QR code on screen at once. Save the link to that page, because the code is kept there.
What if my trip dates change?
The install window runs 30 days from the purchase, so time the buy to your trip. When the dates shift, ask the store's support before installing.
Is there a refund if I do not use it?
No. A working eSIM brings no refund, installed or not, and a cancelled trip brings none either. Where an eSIM does not work and no fix helps, the refund is full.
